For our Client, a premier global strategy consulting firm, we are looking for a People Analytics Specialist.
Our Client partners with top-tier global corporations, growth companies, and private equity investors to solve critical business challenges. By joining their Wrocław office, you will play a crucial role in shaping their U.S. People Strategy, turning complex data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
Your Responsibilities:

Partnering with the leadership team (including the People Analytics Manager and Chief People Officer) to support deliverables for strategic HR initiatives (e.g., diversity, retention, sustainability).

Overseeing the maintenance and quality control of existing People Analytics dashboards, products, and routine reports.

Leading dataset development (drawing on systems like Workday) to build a robust architecture for various operational use cases.

Spearheading innovative analyses to drive business decisions (e.g., analyzing exit survey results and identifying key performance drivers).

Providing operational analytics support to core HR functions (Recruiting, L&D, Staffing), which includes analyzing performance trends, staff utilization, and modeling bonus eligibility.

Designing and servicing Power BI dashboards, and building PowerApps tools for clear data visualization.

Identifying and implementing data capture and analytics efficiency improvements, including opportunities to leverage AI and automation.

Maintaining unwavering confidentiality when handling sensitive HR information.
Requirements:

Undergraduate degree (degree in business analytics, statistics, math, or computer science is preferred).

2+ years of experience in an analytical role (experience in People/HR analytics is a significant advantage).

Strong technical skills: PowerApps (Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate), Advanced Excel, and Advanced PowerPoint.

Superb analytical skills with hands-on experience in cleaning, manipulating, and combining large datasets.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to derive strategic recommendations from data.

Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset to work collaboratively with all stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Nice to Have:

Experience with HCM software, specifically Workday (ADP and SAP are also highly preferred).

Technical proficiency in Alteryx and Python.

Familiarity with AI tools supporting daily work (e.g., Copilot, Claude).
