Fund Implementation Manager

About the role: We are seeking a highly motivated and independent professional to join our Business Change Management team in Kraków. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of investment fund setups and lifecycle events. Working closely with the German market, you will play a pivotal role in establishing the team's local presence and will have the opportunity to participate in the transition of new processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the end-to-end implementation and setup of investment funds, ensuring all operational parameters are accurately configured across systems prior to the go-live date.

  • Coordinating seamlessly with Fund Managers, Custody providers, and internal operational teams to facilitate onboarding processes, including raising and monitoring operational tickets.

  • Maintaining active communication with international stakeholders to ensure alignment on project deliverables and requirements.

  • Supporting continuous process development and actively participating in the knowledge transfer of new fund lifecycle events (e.g., migrations and closures).

  • Managing multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic environment, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and maintaining a high standard of accountability.

Requirements:

  • Approximately 5 years of professional experience within the financial services sector.

  • Solid understanding of the investment fund industry, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in Fund Accounting (understanding of fund lifecycles and valuation drivers).

  • Advanced proficiency in English (minimum C1 level) is mandatory for daily business communication.

  • High proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and take full ownership of assigned projects without relying solely on step-by-step procedures.

Assets / Nice-to-have:

  • Proficiency in the German language, which will be highly beneficial for communication with the Frankfurt office.

  • Practical experience with the Multifond system.
