Technical Support Specialist with French or Spanish
Here are some of the things you can look forward to:
- Managing and resolving technical issues reported by customers
- Investigating problems, identifying root causes, and providing solutions
- Monitoring system behavior and escalating potential bugs when needed
- Communicating with customers and stakeholders throughout the issue lifecycle
- Supporting customer calls related to issue resolution or system usage
- Working with data and basic database queries to analyze issues
- Maintaining internal documentation and contributing to knowledge base articles
- Supporting team members by sharing knowledge and best practices
- Ensuring agreed service levels and performance metrics are met
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, IT support, or a similar role
- Understanding of how software applications and systems work
- Basic knowledge of APIs, cloud environments, and databases
- Experience with tools such as Postman, Kibana/Observe, or Snowflake is a plus
- Basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills
- Fluent English and French or Spanish (written and spoken)
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
