Technical Business Analyst / Delivery Coordinator

We're looking for a Technical Business Analyst / Delivery Coordinator who can bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, turning ideas and requirements into structured, actionable work that drives successful delivery.

Your responsibilities

Gather, analyse and document requirements related to platform, infrastructure and technology initiatives.
Translate business needs into clear, well-defined work items for engineering teams.
Coordinate delivery across multiple teams, ensuring dependencies, risks and blockers are identified and addressed early.
Maintain and improve technical documentation, including runbooks, process documentation, onboarding materials and architecture overviews.
Analyse existing processes and technical solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement and simplification.
Prepare stakeholder materials, impact assessments, status updates and governance documentation.
Support demand management activities by qualifying incoming requests and ensuring they are routed appropriately.
Work closely with engineers, architects, cybersecurity specialists, product stakeholders and delivery teams.

Must-have

2+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Delivery Coordinator, IT Business Analyst, or similar role.
Experience working within infrastructure, cloud, platform or technology-focused environments.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to transform ambiguous requirements into structured deliverables.
Good understanding of technical concepts such as:
- Cloud infrastructure
- Networking fundamentals
- DNS
- HTTP/TLS
- Web technologies
Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Experience coordinating work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
English at a level allowing effective communication in an international environment.

Nice to have

Experience within financial services or other regulated industries.
Knowledge of Azure, CDN/Edge platforms (e.g. Akamai) or web application security.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Familiarity with Agile, hybrid delivery models or project coordination frameworks.
Experience creating process maps, architecture overviews or technical documentation.
BA or delivery-related certifications (BCS, IIBA, AgilePM or similar).
