Investment Operations Specialist with French

For one of our clients in the banking sector, we are looking for an experienced Investment Operations Specialist with French to join a growing international team supporting private capital and alternative investment fund clients.

In this role, you will coordinate operational activities related to private equity and private capital funds, ensuring high-quality service delivery, timely execution of processes, and strong client satisfaction. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact for operational matters and process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate operational processes related to private capital and alternative investment funds, ensuring accuracy and adherence to agreed timelines.
  • Monitor service delivery and support day-to-day fund operations activities.
  • Act as a primary contact for clients regarding operational matters, incidents, and service-related inquiries.
  • Investigate operational issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Escalate client concerns and operational risks to relevant teams to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to service quality enhancements.
  • Support reporting activities and operational governance processes.
  • Collaborate with international teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in investment operations, fund accounting, investor services, private equity administration, client services, or a related financial services environment.
  • Understanding of financial markets and alternative investment funds (Private Equity, Private Capital); Real Estate exposure is an advantage.
  • Experience working directly with clients and managing service-related queries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to assess operational processes and recommend improvements.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Fluency in French (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
