This role is ideal for a proven HR transformation professional with strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end HR transitions, driving process standardization, managing key stakeholders, and ensuring smooth delivery of HR services within a complex international environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Transition Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end transitions of HR processes into the target operating model, including areas such as Hire-to-Retire, Payroll Administration, Recruitment Administration, and Employee Lifecycle Management.
  • Develop and execute detailed transition plans, including knowledge transfer, process migration, parallel run activities, and stabilization phases.
  • Manage transition risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, ensuring successful delivery against agreed timelines.
  • Monitor and drive transition readiness across all stakeholders and workstreams.

Process Improvement & Operating Model Design

  • Support the design and implementation of standardized HR operating models.
  • Identify process inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for optimization throughout the transition lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with process owners and HR stakeholders to define best practices, controls, policies, and standard operating procedures.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, service quality, and compliance.

Stakeholder Management & Client Engagement

  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR stakeholders throughout the transition program.
  • Lead workshops, governance meetings, steering committees, and status update sessions with senior business leaders.
  • Build strong relationships with HR teams, shared services functions, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement.
  • Effectively manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate change adoption across impacted teams.

Project Management & Governance

  • Manage project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and reporting activities.
  • Maintain and oversee RAID logs, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Ensure transitions are delivered in accordance with project governance standards, compliance requirements, and audit expectations.
  • Provide regular project updates and executive-level reporting to program leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, HR Transformation, or Transition Management.
  • Proven track record of leading complex HR transition or migration projects in an international environment.
  • Strong understanding of core HR processes, including employee lifecycle management, payroll administration, and recruitment administration.
  • Experience working within Shared Services, GBS, BPO, or outsourcing environments is highly desirable.
  • Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a continuous improvement mindset.
