Our Client is an international manufacturing company with a strong market position and global operations across Europe, Asia, and America. Due to a temporary increase in workload, we are looking for a Supply Chain Operations Specialist to support the team for 6–8 months. There is a possibility of extending the cooperation and transitioning to a permanent role, depending on business needs and project results.
Supply Chain Specialist with English
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the end-to-end order fulfilment process, including order entry, validation, and updates.
- Handling customer claims and returns, including verification and completion of required documentation.
- Ensuring data accuracy and timely execution of processes in line with company procedures.
- Cooperating with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Working with SAP to manage and update order-related information.
- Monitoring order status and resolving operational issues on a daily basis.
- Ensuring high-quality customer service and compliance with internal standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain Operations, or a similar role.
- Practical experience with SAP.
- English language skills at a minimum B2 level.
- German language knowledge will be an advantage.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail when working with data.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and customer-oriented attitude.
