Requirements Engineer – Customer Experience (SAP SD)
Your responsibilities
As a Requirements Engineer in the Customer Experience area, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing ERP solutions that support a seamless B2B customer journey.
Your main focus will be on SAP SD, including:

Capturing, analyzing, and prioritizing customer and business requirements in a structured way

Designing and customizing user-centric solutions aligned with customer expectations

Assessing the impact of requirements on business processes and supporting decision-making
-
Collaborating closely with teams responsible for eCommerce, CRM, and CIAM solutions (e.g. SAP CC, Salesforce)
Your profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, IT, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

Professional experience in a B2B environment within international organizations
-
Strong communication skills in English and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders

A proactive and engaged mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions
Your skills & experience

Strong experience in gathering and managing requirements in complex IT environments

Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications

Experience working closely with cross-functional and international teams

Solid understanding of User-Centered Design principles

Hands-on experience in Requirements Engineering for SAP SD

Experience with SAP CC, Salesforce and/or EDI integrations is a strong plus
