This role will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our German-speaking OR Italian-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls and emails from German-speaking customers regarding their transactions, needs, or issues.
- Listen actively to customers, empathize with their concerns, and provide practical solutions in German or Italian
- Build and maintain strong relationships with German/Italian-speaking customers and colleagues based on trust and reliability.
- Utilize company software and tools effectively to assist German-speaking customers and maintain accurate records.
- Adhere to departmental metrics and goals while consistently delivering excellent customer service.
- Make appropriate product or service recommendations to German-speaking customers based on their needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred).
- Fluency in English and at least B2-level proficiency in German or Italian
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and internet navigation.
- Ability to work flexible schedules and adapt to changing priorities.
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
