FP&A Manager – Global Role 

 

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of accurate, timely and insightful management reporting, highlighting performance trends, risks and opportunities.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, ensuring financial insights support strategic priorities and business goals.

  • Own and continuously improve the end‑to‑end forecasting process, driving accuracy, efficiency and scalability.

  • Prepare executive‑level presentations, translating complex data into clear, compelling insights.

  • Analyze results, forecasts and variances to identify key performance drivers and provide forward‑looking recommendations.

  • Drive automation and continuous improvement of reporting and planning processes using modern tools and best practices.

  • Collaborate closely with Finance Business Partners and cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on assumptions, reporting standards and business objectives.

Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, with a strong track record of improving processes and implementing best practices.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, financial systems (e.g. SAP, D365) and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau); experience with machine learning is an advantage.

  • Full professional proficiency in English.

  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non‑financial stakeholders.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in an international, cross‑functional environment.

  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, high attention to detail and a passion for data‑driven decision‑making.
