One of the available roles is Accounting Team Leader with French.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the Team result at the level expected by different counterparts.
- Ensuring the staff training and readiness to complete the task.
- Ensuring the good atmosphere and the equilibrium of the team.
- Being the point of contact for management in case of escalation and questions.
- Ensuring the development of the team, the follow-up of the projects and the strategic vision.
- Ensuring the Risk and Compliance framework and the procedure framework.
- Ensuring the Cost Management and the administrative management of the team.
Requirements:
- 3 years minimum of experience in Finance,
- Proven experience on a managerial path.
- Fluency in French and English (min. B2 level).
- Interest in banking operations.
- Good Knowledge of MS Excel, knowledge of FIR/eFront will be an asset.
- Accuracy and Quality focus approach.
- Self-motivation, willingness to learn and sense of responsibility.
- Strong communication skills – oral & written.
