Power Platform Specialist (Power Apps & Power Automate)
We are looking for a Power Platform Specialist to join a project within a large international organization. You will be responsible for developing and improving Power Apps solutions, automating business processes with Power Automate, and supporting the broader adoption of Power Platform solutions across the organization.
📍 Location: Warsaw
🏢 Work model: Hybrid, 2 days per week from the client’s office in Warsaw
Your responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance solutions using Microsoft Power Apps
- Design and maintain Power Automate workflows supporting business processes
- Manage and optimize SharePoint Lists and related data structures
- Support the rollout and adoption of Power Apps across a global IT environment
- Establish and maintain Power Platform governance, standards, and documentation
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing user support
- Cooperate with stakeholders to introduce new features and application improvements
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable and maintainable
- Create documentation and support knowledge transfer and user training
What we’re looking for
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps
- Strong knowledge of Power Automate
- Experience designing and optimizing SharePoint Lists
- Good understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Experience with Power Platform governance
- Ability to gather and analyse business requirements
- Experience preparing solution and technical documentation
- Ability to support user training and knowledge transfer
- Good communication skills and ability to work with business and technical stakeholders
- Very good command of English

- Experience with Power BI
