Finance Systems & Transformation Manager
We are looking for a Finance Systems & Transformation Manager to lead finance technology solutions across treasury, reconciliation, and reporting processes. This hands-on leadership role combines team management, technical expertise, and process improvement to drive automation, system optimization, and business transformation.

What we’re looking for:
- Min. 5 years of experience working with financial systems, including at least 3 years of team leadership experience.
- Experience managing or supporting finance technology solutions in areas such as treasury, reconciliation, reporting, or financial operations.
- Strong technical understanding, including experience with SQL, system integrations, APIs, ETL, and middleware solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and participate in technical delivery.
- Experience with finance data governance, master data management, and process improvement initiatives.
- Understanding of treasury and reconciliation processes, financial controls, and reporting requirements.
- Strong project coordination skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- University degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or a related field.
Nice to have:
- Experience designing, implementing, or upgrading finance systems.
- Knowledge of accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) or relevant finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Experience with cloud solutions, automation, AI, or low-code technologies.
- Familiarity with finance platforms such as AutoRek, FIS Integrity TMS, iRecs, Power BI, or Microsoft Fabric.
