Responsibilities:
- Handling customer complaints in line with company procedures
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Conducting LPA, product, process, DTLD, and qualification audits
- Independently analyzing quality issues and implementing effective solutions
- Performing quality checks and reconciliations of delivered products
- Creating and updating quality documentation and control plans
- Initiating and monitoring corrective and preventive actions
- Cooperating closely with managers of operational departments
Requirements:
- Engineering or technical education
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
- Good command of English, enabling effective communication
- Practical knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, PPAP, and Control Plan
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer needs
