End-to-End Transition Management: Planning, structuring, leading, and executing finance transition projects (from the design and development stage to implementation and completion).

Due Diligence & Feasibility: Operating the "Front Door" process, performing due diligence to confirm transition feasibility, and preparing robust business cases.

Change Management: Applying a structured change management methodology, creating risk mitigation strategies, readiness assessments, training plans, and sponsor roadmaps.

Budget & Schedule Management: Contributing to the transition team budget, monitoring costs, and managing and reporting progress, risks, and KPIs (time, budget) to ensure a successful outcome.

Process Optimization: Identifying opportunities for improvement in the relocated work, such as through process re-engineering, the introduction of enabling technology, or economies of scale.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborating closely with division representatives (including CFOs and Controllers), IT, Corporate Affairs, HR (OD specialists), and the strategic external partner (Genpact).

Expert-Level Experience: 10–20 years of professional experience, including a solid foundation and proven track record in an SSC/BPO environment.

Broad Financial Acumen: You understand financial processes (including reconciliation) but think strategically—looking beyond standard "debit and credit" accounting to see the entire operational big picture.

Advanced Project Management: Experience in leading multi-dimensional transition projects with a strong focus on Change Management.

Technology / IT Understanding: A solid grasp of how IT solutions impact business processes and the ability to effectively define technological requirements for your transition projects.

Leadership & Influence: Strong leadership skills aligned with core corporate values. You can drive objective delivery, hold project teams accountable, and navigate matrix structures collaboratively.

Fluent English: Essential for managing global projects and interacting daily with international stakeholders.
