IT GBS Transformation Manager / Lead with German

Antal is seeking a Lead IT Shared Services / GBS Consultant with strong IT functional expertise and proven transformation/project delivery experience to support large-scale enterprise transformation programmes.
This role requires hands-on leadership across the full lifecycle of IT transformation initiatives, including assessment, solution design, and implementation, within Global Business Services (GBS) and Shared Services environments.
You will lead enterprise IT assessments, design technology strategies, and guide transformation initiatives that enable optimised and standardised GBS operating models.
Key Responsibilities
IT Transformation & Transition Leadership
· Lead enterprise IT landscape and architecture assessments.
· Drive IT transformation projects through the full lifecycle: feasibility, design, and implementation.
· Identify opportunities for optimisation, automation, and standardisation across IT environments.
Operating Model & Technology Strategy
· Develop IT strategies aligned with GBS and Shared Services operating models.
· Support the creation of technology roadmaps to enable transformation objectives.
· Ensure IT initiatives align with enterprise architecture, infrastructure, and platform standards.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
· Lead client workshops, presentations, and senior stakeholder engagements.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, HR, Procurement, and IT.
· Provide thought leadership and guidance to support transformation decisions.
Project & Programme Oversight
· Oversee project planning, tracking, and governance for IT transformation initiatives.
· Monitor risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
· Ensure alignment of IT projects with broader GBS transformation objectives.
Key Requirements
· Extensive experience in IT transformation, consulting, or enterprise IT operations.
· Proven experience in GBS or Shared Services transformation projects, including IT system transitions, operating model redesign, and process migration.
· Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, infrastructure, platforms, and IT service delivery.
· Demonstrated leadership skills and experience engaging with senior stakeholders and executive clients.
· Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
· Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, transformation-driven environments.
