For our client - an international company located in Gdynia currently we are looking for candidates for the position of:

Logistics Process Specialist

 

 

Responsibilites: 
  • Stay in regular contact with customers and help solve day-to-day operational challenges
  • Review transport and logistics performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare reports and presentations that help customers understand service performance
  • Coordinate actions with internal teams when issues occur and make sure they are resolved effectively
  • Support customer review meetings and discuss service results and improvement plans
  • Help implement new processes and solutions that improve customer experience
  • Keep operational documentation and customer data up to date
  • Support new customer onboarding and system access management
Requirements:
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or customer service operations within a logistics environment
  • Previous exposure to working directly with customers and managing customer relationships
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and translate findings into improvement initiatives
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working in a fast-paced operational environment
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
