For our client - an international company located in Gdynia currently we are looking for candidates for the position of:
Logistics Process Specialist
Responsibilites:
- Stay in regular contact with customers and help solve day-to-day operational challenges
- Review transport and logistics performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare reports and presentations that help customers understand service performance
- Coordinate actions with internal teams when issues occur and make sure they are resolved effectively
- Support customer review meetings and discuss service results and improvement plans
- Help implement new processes and solutions that improve customer experience
- Keep operational documentation and customer data up to date
- Support new customer onboarding and system access management
Requirements:
- Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or customer service operations within a logistics environment
- Previous exposure to working directly with customers and managing customer relationships
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze data and translate findings into improvement initiatives
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in a fast-paced operational environment
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
