Join the team developing an innovative payment platform, enabling fast and secure global fund transfers, supplier payments, payroll, tax payments, and multi-channel money transfers.
Your role will focus on high-quality design and documentation of microservices, effective stakeholder management, and close collaboration with DevOps teams to support project delivery.
Responsibilities:

Create and update API/microservice design and documentation

Review and approve user stories and low-level designs prepared by Tech Architects

Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and architectural principles are followed

Collaborate with IT BAs to create project plans and ensure adherence

Organize and lead code review sessions with the management team

Deliver high-quality design artifacts supporting DevOps teams
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in backend engineering (Java)

Experience with cloud-native technologies: Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka

Strong knowledge of traditional technologies: Unix/Linux, GitHub

Experience designing, building, and maintaining distributed, containerized platforms

Ability to deliver and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments

Experience in code reviews and ensuring compliance with system architecture and coding standards

Experience working in Agile / DevOps environments and collaborating with business stakeholders

Excellent English skills
