Team Leader with Turkish
As an Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team supporting end-to-end order management processes. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality customer service, efficient order execution, and strong collaboration across supply chain functions. This position combines operational responsibilities with people management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Order Management Specialists
- Oversee daily operations related to order processing, delivery coordination, and customer communication
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of customer orders
- Monitor team performance, set priorities, and support workload distribution
- Act as the main escalation point for complex customer or process-related issues
- Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Customer Service, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Drive process improvements and support implementation of best practices within the team
- Support onboarding, training, and knowledge development of team members
- Monitor KPIs and ensure service levels are met
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers
Qualifications:

University degree
- Previous experience in team leadership or mentoring role

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or a related area

Previous experience in team leadership or mentoring role
- Fluency in English and Turkish (written and spoken)

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office

Experience with SAP or similar systems is a plus
