Customer Support Associate with German
We are currently looking for a Customer Support Associate with German to join the Customer Service department. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy working with customers and want to develop their career in an international fintech environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls and emails from German-speaking customers regarding transactions, requests, and issues
- Providing clear, professional, and solution-oriented customer support
- Actively listening to customers and identifying their needs
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and internal teams
- Working with internal systems to manage customer cases and ensure accurate documentation
- Following company processes and performance standards
- Recommending appropriate products or services based on customer needs
Requirements:
- German language at minimum B2/C1 level
- English at communicative level
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or similar role (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving attitude
- Availability to work in a hybrid model
