Accountant with French
Location: Kraków | Hybrid model
On behalf of our client, an international financial institution, we are currently looking for an Accountant with French to join a team based in Kraków.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with an analytical mindset who enjoys working with financial data, investigating discrepancies and understanding the processes behind the numbers. The role also offers the chance to build specialist knowledge in the area of alternative investment funds.
Your responsibilities
- Supporting accounting processes related to alternative investment funds
- Reviewing and analysing financial data and transactions
- Preparing reconciliations, reports and financial statements
- Investigating discrepancies and ensuring data accuracy
- Supporting cash flow monitoring and fund-related documentation
- Cooperating with international teams, clients and internal stakeholders
- Developing knowledge of alternative asset classes, including private equity, real estate and private debt
We are looking for someone who
- Has a background in accounting, finance, economics or a related area
- Speaks French at a level that allows effective business communication
- Has a good command of English
- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Is accurate, detail-oriented and well organised
- Enjoys working with numbers and understanding complex financial processes
- Is motivated to develop expertise in alternative investment funds
Previous experience in accounting, financial services, fund administration or an SSC/BPO environment will be an advantage.
