We are looking for an AI Operations & Solutions Specialist to join a growing team focused on automation, operational excellence, and emerging technologies. This role combines stakeholder management, operational support, and exposure to AI-powered solutions that are used across international business functions.
Your responsibilities:
- Monitor and support operational processes powered by AI and automation solutions
- Ensure stability and effectiveness of tools following releases and updates
- Investigate and resolve operational issues
- Deliver demonstrations and presentations to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain project and support tickets in JIRA
- Communicate project updates and manage escalations when required
- Support AI model training and deployment activities
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
What we're looking for:
- Experience in operations, client support, or business support functions
- Background in Financial Services, Banking, Investment Operations, or a related environment
- Fluent English
- Spanish would be an asset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Interest in automation, AI technologies, and process improvement
