Senior Blue Yonder Dispatcher Application Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Blue Yonder Dispatcher Application Engineer to join a global logistics and supply chain environment. In this role, you will support and enhance warehouse management solutions, working closely with both business and IT teams to deliver technical improvements, reporting solutions, and application deployments across multiple environments.

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain reports using JasperSoft
Configure, implement, and support Merge Rules and RDT Rules
Develop advanced Oracle PL/SQL scripts for client-specific business requirements
Support the migration of application changes across Test, UAT, and Production environments
Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and implement functional requirements
Support and enhance the Blue Yonder Dispatcher (JDA/RedPrairie) platform
Ensure solutions are delivered in line with established IT standards and best practices

Must Have:

6-9 years of professional experience in a technical consulting or application engineering role
Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder Dispatcher / JDA / RedPrairie
Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
Experience with JasperSoft / JasperReports
Understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse operations
Experience supporting deployments and migrations across different environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to Have:

Experience working within logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management environments
Knowledge of enterprise application support and release management processes
Familiarity with integration and data migration activities
