RTR TEAM LEADER
As RTR Team Leader, you will lead a team responsible for end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and efficient month-end closing activities. The scope includes general ledger, reconciliations, fixed assets, IFRS 16, as well as selected treasury activities such as payments, cash management, FX transactions, and forecasting.
You will manage a team of around 20 accounting professionals and work closely with the RTR Manager to ensure operational excellence and continuous development.

Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of accounting experience and at least 1 year in a team leader role
- Strong English skills (B2/C1)
- Very good MS Excel and MS Office knowledge
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Experience in SSC or international environment is an advantage
- Proactive mindset, accountability, and business maturity
