IAM Delivery Lead
About the role
We are looking for an experienced IAM Delivery Lead to join a large-scale, global Identity & Access Management transformation programme.
The role focuses on delivering projects and workstreams related to Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and supporting the implementation and adoption of modern IAM solutions across a complex technology environment.
You will work closely with technical, cybersecurity, business and external stakeholders, taking ownership of delivery, coordinating project activities and ensuring that agreed scope, timelines and priorities are met.
This is a great opportunity for someone who combines strong project management skills with hands-on experience in IAM and a good understanding of modern technology environments.
Key responsibilities

Manage multiple IAM / IGA workstreams and ensure their successful delivery.

Coordinate project activities, priorities, resources and dependencies.

Work closely with business, technology, cybersecurity and external stakeholders.

Lead internal teams and vendors to deliver agreed scope and milestones.

Identify and resolve issues that may impact project progress.

Proactively track project timelines, risks, dependencies and deliverables.

Support planning and implementation of changes to scope, resources and requirements.

Maintain project documentation and ensure Jira and Confluence are kept up to date.

Provide regular status updates, including progress, risks, issues and dependencies.

Work with stakeholders to agree priorities and maintain alignment across the programme.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in delivery processes.

Escalate delivery risks and issues when required to keep projects on track.
Requirements
Must have
-
Proven experience in project or delivery management, preferably within IAM or cybersecurity.

Previous hands-on experience delivering Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects.

Good understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).

Good understanding of IAM controls, processes and requirements.

Technical understanding of DevOps, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, cloud and on-premise infrastructure.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior stakeholders.

Experience working in complex, international or large-scale technology environments.

Good understanding of regulatory, compliance and audit requirements.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.

Proactive, solution-oriented approach and willingness to learn quickly.

Ability to work effectively as part of a large, distributed and international team.
Nice to have

Project management certification such as PRINCE2 or PMP.

Experience working with technical, cybersecurity and IT operations teams.

Previous experience as a Scrum Master, Project Lead or Delivery Lead in a complex programme.

Experience with Jira, Confluence and workflow management tools.

Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
