Our client, a leading international financial institution, is looking for talented professionals to join its growing Fund Operations team as a Fund Expenses Specialist / Senior Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
- Process, review and monitor invoices and fund-related expenses
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of payments
- Maintain financial records and update transaction data within internal systems
- Investigate and resolve payment and invoice-related discrepancies
- Perform reconciliations and support financial reporting activities
- Communicate with internal stakeholders, external vendors and international teams
- Prepare reports and supporting documentation for clients and management
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and operational projects
- For Senior Specialists: review the work of junior team members, provide guidance and support process enhancement initiatives
Requirements
Specialist
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, accounts payable, fund operations or financial services
- Strong command of English
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Senior Specialist
- Several years of experience within finance, fund accounting, fund operations or a related area
- Experience handling complex financial processes and reconciliations
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Previous experience supporting or mentoring other team members will be an advantage
- Advanced Excel skills and excellent English communication skills
