Manager with Turkish - Supply Chain/ Order Management
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end order management process, ensuring efficient order execution from creation to delivery
- Manage, mentor, and support a team responsible for order processing, customer communication, and issue resolution
- Ensure product availability by collaborating with Supply Chain and Planning teams, analyzing stock levels and sales forecasts
- Monitor order execution, delivery performance, and customer service KPIs to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction
- Act as the main escalation point for complex customer issues, delays, shortages, and return processes
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Logistics, Customer Service, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams
- Drive continuous process improvements to optimize workflows, service quality, and operational efficiency
- Support reporting, performance analysis, and preparation of operational insights for leadership teams
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, policies, and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Lead onboarding, coaching, and development of team members while fostering a collaborative and customer-focused culture
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, or a related field
- Fluency in English and Turkish (written and spoken)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in order management, customer service, supply chain, procurement, or a related operational environment, including team management experience
- Previous experience in a shared services environment (SSC/BPO) will be highly preferred
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and functions
- Customer-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems will be considered an advantage
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive operational improvements
