Our client, a renowned international financial institution, is looking for a Junior Fund Expenses Specialist with French to join its growing finance operations team.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates at the beginning of their career who would like to gain hands-on experience within the investment funds industry and work in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and monitor invoices and fund-related expenses
- Support payment preparation and execution activities
- Maintain accurate records within internal financial systems
- Track invoice status and resolve basic discrepancies
- Prepare supporting documentation required for payment processing
- Perform reconciliations and data quality checks
- Cooperate with international teams, vendors and internal stakeholders
- Assist in preparing reports and operational documentation
Requirements
- Degree or studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
- First experience in finance, accounting, administration or customer operations is an advantage
- Very good command of English and French
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Eagerness to learn and develop within financial services
