Sales & Marketing Project Manager (EMEA)

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Project Manager to support the development of commercial initiatives across the EMEA region. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing teams to drive projects that enhance customer engagement, strengthen go-to-market strategies, and improve overall commercial performance.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a cross-functional, international environment and has a strong interest in optimizing sales and marketing processes through data, technology, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects aimed at improving sales effectiveness, customer engagement, and market growth.

  • Work closely with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing teams to support product line growth and market expansion initiatives.

  • Drive initiatives that enhance lead management, customer acquisition, and conversion efficiency.

  • Facilitate alignment between regional sales organizations and global business stakeholders.

  • Support the development of data-driven insights related to customer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance.

  • Contribute to the optimization of go-to-market strategies and commercial processes.

  • Leverage CRM and digital marketing tools to improve visibility, reporting, and operational efficiency.

  • Track project milestones, monitor risks, and communicate progress to key stakeholders.

Your Profile

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, PMO, sales operations, marketing operations, or business development.

  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce is a strong advantage) and lead management processes.

  • Exposure to marketing analytics, customer segmentation, or forecasting tools.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and marketing automation platforms.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate with international teams.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, project-driven environment.

  • Knowledge of Lean Marketing, Six Sigma, or project governance frameworks would be an advantage.
