For our client, a well-known Shared Services Center in Wrocław, we are looking for candidates for the position of Italian and English-Speaking Courier Support Specialist. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment, are able to make quick decisions, and find satisfaction in supporting others in operational situations.
Responsibilities:
- Providing ongoing support to couriers during order fulfilment (via chat),
- Monitoring deliveries in the system and responding to non-standard situations (e.g. delays, technical issues, weather conditions, unforeseen events),
- Working with an automated order distribution system,
- In exceptional situations, contacting end customers by phone (very rarely),
- Ensuring smooth operations and the best possible courier experience,
- Team collaboration, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Requirements:
- Strong focus on high-quality customer service and user satisfaction,
- Very good command of Italian and English (minimum B2), both spoken and written,
- Good organisational skills, stress resistance, and decision-making ability,
- Proficient computer skills and readiness to work across multiple systems simultaneously,
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment,
- Responsibility, independence, and a positive attitude toward challenges.
