Position Summary

The Senior Demand Manager is responsible for ensuring accurate demand planning and forecasting throughout the organisation. This job is in charge of coordinating cross-functional efforts to synchronise demand and supply, maintaining appropriate inventory levels, and supporting strategic business choices. The ideal candidate combines analytical competence with strong communication and leadership abilities to persuade stakeholders and enhance delivery metrics such as prediction accuracy or bias.

 

What will be your responsibilities?

Lead demand planning for numerous product lines and regions.

Collaborate with the Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to elicit feedback and align forecast assumptions.

Create and maintain statistical models and forecasting tools to increase demand accuracy.

Refine forecasts by analysing previous data, trends, and promotional influences.

Facilitate monthly demand review meetings and present findings to senior leadership.

 

What do we require?

A bachelor's degree in supply chain and a master's degree are preferred.

10+ years of professional experience specialising in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain planning, customer service logistics and analytics.

Strong analytical capabilities and experience with forecasting tools.

Previous experience managing and transforming processes.

Developing effective teams and encouraging others.
