Are you experienced in Finance, Accounting or Fund Administration and looking for a new opportunity in an international environment?
We are currently looking for French-speaking professionals to join finance and accounting teams in Warsaw or Kraków.
Depending on your previous experience, skills and career interests, we may offer opportunities in one of the following areas:
Available areas:
- Fund Accounting
- Fund Expenses
- Private Capital Liabilities
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
Your responsibilities may include:
Depending on the team and position, your responsibilities may involve:
- supporting daily accounting and financial operations,
- processing and reconciling financial transactions,
- preparing reports and maintaining accurate financial records,
- investigating and resolving discrepancies,
- supporting month-end and period-end activities,
- cooperating with internal teams and international stakeholders,
- ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures,
- participating in process improvements and supporting the efficient delivery of finance operations.
What we are looking for:
- French at C1 level or higher,
- English at minimum B2 level,
- previous experience in finance, accounting, fund administration, banking or another related area,
- good analytical and numerical skills,
- attention to detail and accuracy,
- good knowledge of Excel,
- willingness to work in an international environment.
Experience within Fund Accounting, Fund Administration, Accounts Receivable or other financial operations will be considered an asset.
