About the Role
We are looking for a Lead SME – Cryptography to support cybersecurity and technology teams in the area of cryptographic assurance, advisory, and operational support.
This role is ideal for professionals interested in developing expertise in cryptography within a large-scale technology environment. You will support security-related processes, respond to cryptography-related queries, and help ensure operational excellence across security and compliance activities.
You will work closely with multiple stakeholders across technology and cybersecurity functions, contributing to continuous improvement and high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support cryptography-related assurance and advisory activities
- Process and manage requests within agreed SLAs
- Respond to operational and technical queries related to cryptography
- Escalate and clarify non-standard or high-priority requests
- Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain high standards of documentation and data quality
- Support issue identification, reporting, and operational tracking
- Collaborate with stakeholders across technology and security teams
Requirements
- Understanding of cryptography concepts and their practical usage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to work in structured, process-driven environments
- Proactive mindset and willingness to continuously develop technical expertise
- Experience working with Microsoft Office tools
