Senior Kubernetes Engineer (OpenShift/AWS/Azure)

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Kubernetes Engineer on behalf of our client. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Red Hat OpenShift, with strong practical knowledge of AWS ECS, EKS, and Azure AKS. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team and work on building scalable, secure, and resilient container-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, manage, and optimize container orchestration platforms

Support scalable, microservices-based architectures with a focus on security and high availability

Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline delivery and deployment processes
Required Qualifications:
-
Minimum 5 years of experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration

At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift (self-managed or OpenShift Dedicated)

Proficiency in AWS ECS and EKS, with working knowledge of Azure AKS

Strong background in Linux systems and containerization (Docker)

Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible

Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like ArgoCD and Flux

Deep knowledge of Kubernetes internals, including architecture, controllers, CRDs, and Operators

Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go

Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities

Fluency in English and Polish, both written and verbal (minimum B2 level)
