We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated PTP Team Leader to join an international finance operations team. This role is a great opportunity for someone who combines solid accounting knowledge with strong leadership skills and enjoys working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, supporting team development, and driving continuous improvement across PTP processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the PTP team through coaching, feedback sessions, and performance management
- Coordinate day-to-day operations, including task allocation, workload management, and ensuring business continuity
- Monitor KPIs and service levels to ensure operational efficiency and high-quality standards
- Support the team in resolving complex accounting and process-related issues
- Identify operational risks and implement appropriate solutions
- Drive process improvement initiatives and support transition or knowledge transfer activities
- Participate in recruitment and onboarding processes for new team members
- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and international business partners
- Ensure procedures and process documentation remain accurate and up to date
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting or finance operations
- Previous experience in a Team Leader or supervisory role
- Practical knowledge of PTP processes
- Very good command of English (minimum B2 level)
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Proactive mindset, accountability, and strong organisational skills
- Experience in an SSC/BPO or international environment will be considered an advantage
