Senior Corporate Real Estate Analyst

 

We are looking for a Senior Corporate Real Estate Analyst to support the strategic management of the company’s global office portfolio. In this role, you will provide data-driven insights and financial analysis to help shape decisions related to office locations, lease strategies, workplace development, and cost optimization.

You will work closely with global teams across Finance, HR, Legal, IT, and Workplace/Facilities to evaluate business needs, identify improvement opportunities, and support long-term real estate planning.

This position is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical skills with business understanding and enjoys working in an international environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of the company’s global real estate portfolio by preparing analyses, reports, and business recommendations.
  • Evaluate lease-related costs and support decision-making processes regarding lease renewals, office relocations, expansions, and consolidations.
  • Build financial models and scenario analyses to assess different real estate options and their business impact.
  • Analyze office space utilization, occupancy trends, and cost efficiency to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Prepare insights and recommendations supporting workplace strategy and future office planning.
  • Maintain and improve reporting tools and dashboards used for portfolio performance tracking.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis activities related to global real estate operations.
  • Review lease documentation, financial data, and key portfolio metrics to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Finance, HR, Legal, IT, and regional Workplace/Facilities teams.
  • Prepare clear presentations and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to real estate processes, data quality, and reporting standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate analytics, corporate real estate, financial analysis, or a related area.
  • Experience working with commercial lease analysis and real estate portfolios.
  • Strong skills in financial modeling and interpreting business data.
  • Ability to analyze complex information and translate it into clear business recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) are an advantage.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with international teams and stakeholders across different functions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment.
  • Fluent English is required.
