Finance Operations Specialist with French (f/m)

We are looking for a Finance Operations Specialist with French to join our team supporting investment funds (Private Equity & Real Estate).

This is a great opportunity for someone with initial experience in finance or operations who wants to develop in an international environment

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Supporting daily operations related to investment funds
  • Processing basic financial transactions (payments, subscriptions, redemptions)
  • Monitoring cash movements and performing simple reconciliations
  • Preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing emails and maintaining communication with clients and other teams
  • Investigating and resolving basic discrepancies
  • Following internal procedures and ensuring data accuracy
  • Supporting improvements in processes and daily work

 

Requirements

  • min. 1 year of experience in a financial / operations environment
  • understanding of financial processes or banking operations
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and client-focused mindset
  • Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and sense of responsibility
  • Fluency in English (min. B2)
  • Fluency in French (min. B2)
