Production & Logistics Supervisor (M/F)
Your responsibilities
- Actively participate in the setup, organisation and operational launch of a new facility
- Co-create, implement and continuously improve production and logistics processes
- Support the efficient, safe and smooth execution of daily operational activities
- Participate in production planning, capacity management and order fulfilment processes
- Support the recruitment, onboarding and development of a qualified production and logistics team
- Gradually take responsibility for team management, employee coaching and professional development
- Contribute to the implementation and further development of KPI systems, including regular operational reporting
- Actively support the achievement of quality, productivity and on-time delivery targets
- Coordinate and develop warehousing, shipping and dispatch processes
- Cooperate with transport companies, carriers and external logistics operators
- Identify, initiate and implement process-improvement initiatives in line with Lean Management and Operational Excellence principles
- Ensure that operational processes are organised in a structured, practical and scalable way as the site develops
Our requirements
- University degree in Production Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management and Production Engineering, or a related field; alternatively, comparable technical or technical-business education
- Initial relevant professional experience in production, logistics or operations
- First experience in team coordination or people management will be an advantage
- Experience in developing, improving or optimising production and/or logistics processes will be highly appreciated
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and an interest in data-driven process management
- Strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in understanding, improving and standardising operational processes
- Independent, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to work
- High level of initiative, willingness to learn and readiness to take on increasing responsibility over time
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment where structures and processes are still being developed
- Very good command of English or German, both written and spoken
