Junior HR Administration Specialist with English & Hungarian
For our client, a well-established international organization, we are currently looking for a Junior HR Administration Specialist with English & Hungarian to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute HR administration processes in line with global policies, local regulations, and country-specific requirements.
- Maintain and update employee data within HR systems and databases.
- Prepare employment-related documentation based on employee requests and existing agreements.
- Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR administrative queries.
- Handle and resolve employee requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Support onboarding, employee lifecycle, and other HR operational processes.
- Collaborate closely with internal HR teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Hungarian and good command of English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, HR support, or a shared services environment will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
