IT Contract Specialist

We are looking for a Contract Specialist to support contract management activities within a global IT environment. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in contract administration, vendor management, procurement, and commercial negotiations who enjoy working with multiple stakeholders across an international organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support contract reviews, verification, and compliance activities across IT services and supplier agreements.
• Assist with the preparation, execution, and evaluation of RFP/RFQ processes.
• Support commercial and pricing negotiations with external service providers and vendors.
• Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners.
• Coordinate contract-related activities with internal stakeholders, including Procurement, Legal, Network, and IT teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and relevant legal requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices within contract management activities.
• Continuously develop professional knowledge through training and self-learning.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an IT Contract Specialist, Contract Specialist, Vendor Manager, Vendor Management Specialist, IT Procurement Specialist, Procurement Specialist, or in a similar contract, sourcing, procurement, or supplier management role.
• Understanding of contract lifecycle management processes.
• Experience supporting RFP/RFQ processes and commercial negotiations.
• Ability to review and analyze contractual documentation with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Well-organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Very good English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with IT services, telecommunications, networking, or connectivity-related suppliers.
• Knowledge of procurement and vendor governance processes in an international environment.
