HRIS Business Analyst (Workforce Management)
We are looking for an experienced HRIS Business Analyst (Workforce Management) to join our Global HRIS team. In this role, you will help improve and develop our workforce management solutions, with a strong focus on WorkForce Software.
You will work closely with HR, business stakeholders, and project teams across different countries to understand business needs, optimize processes, and support the implementation and enhancement of HR technology
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to workforce management, time & attendance, and scheduling.
- Work with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to recommend and implement system improvements.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements for HR systems.
- Support the implementation and rollout of WorkForce Software across the organization.
- Participate in system testing, prepare test scenarios, execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and document test results.
- Investigate system issues, identify root causes, and coordinate effective solutions.
- Support system enhancements, configuration changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, and system documentation.
- Promote best practices and help ensure consistent use of HR systems across the organization.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience working with Time & Attendance systems, preferably WorkForce Software.
- Good understanding of HR processes, especially workforce management, time & attendance, and scheduling.
- Experience gathering business requirements and working with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience supporting HR system implementations, upgrades, or enhancements.
- Knowledge of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in an international environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with other HR systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors, will be an advantage.
