We are in search of an ERP Program Lead who possesses a wealth of experience in SAP project delivery.
The perfect candidate should have:
- A strong background in roles that involve client-facing consulting and contracting.
- A demonstrated history of successfully managing and delivering a range of full lifecycle SAP projects, including large-scale, multi-country implementations in both ECC and S/4 HANA.
- Proficiency in managing global delivery and collaborating with offshore teams.
- Experience in providing guidance and coaching to consulting staff.
Requirements:
- Proficient in SAP S/4HANA finance.
- Skilled in configuring and implementing the Contract and Lease Management (CLM) module of RE-FX.
- Experienced in configuring and implementing the Purchase Integration add-on for CLM.
- Familiarity with the Pharmaceutical Industry and Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Knowledgeable in leasing business processes, especially regarding Vehicles, Fixed Machinery, Equipment, and Buildings.
- Experience in handling Depreciation/Amortisation for leased assets and managing the accounting for related Liabilities.
- Proficient in various lease payment scenarios, including payment schedules, invoices without purchase orders, and invoices with purchase orders.
- Skilled in managing early termination of leases, including different redemption options.
- Desirable to have good experience in CAPEX and Fixed Assets.
- Good experience in Accounts Payable (Invoice to Pay), preferably with integration of cloud procurement solutions such as GEP or Ariba.
- Agile methodology knowledge, ideally with SAFe Agile certification. Expected to actively participate in all Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, iteration demos and reviews, and Program Increment Planning.
