Senior Princinal Consultant (+15 years of exp): up to 46 000 PLN (base salary + yearly bonus paid once) 

Princinal Consultant (+10 years of exp): up to 38 000 (base salary + yearly bonus paid once) 

 

Work model: 100% remote (once a month possible business trip to customer, abroad Poland) 

Form of contract: Employment contract (long-term partnership, not just for one project)

About the team: 

You will join the ERP division, which assists some of the world's largest corporations and most renowned brands in achieving business transformation and delivering value through digital ERP solutions and services. Comprehensive ERP services, encompassing strategy, implementation, and innovation, empower clients to realize genuine value and accomplish their transformation objectives. 

 

Requirements:  

  • At least 10 years of experience with SAP for Principal position (+15 years for Senior Principal position) 
  • Proficient comprehension and a 10 years of experience in the SAP MM module, emphasizing direct procurement processes and a Supply Chain orientation, rather than just indirect procedures. Additionally, possessing knowledge in integrating with Quality, Planned Maintenance, Customer Services, and Production Planning. 
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, encompassing an understanding of Program Initiatives, Product teams, various roles, and Agile ceremonies. 
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing Program and Project Plans. 
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude. 
  • Strong presentation and communication abilities. 
  • A coaching-oriented profile, ensuring clear team setup and task assignment aligned with Program goals. Encouraging self-management within the team and fostering a culture of continuous learning. 

Nice to have: 

  • Experience working on a Global Template rollout. 
  • Experience in S/4 HANA  
  • Experience in Agile methodology  
  • Experience in Pharma industry 

 

What will You do?  

  • Develop and maintain a detailed project plan and Plan of Performance (PoP), regularly monitoring progress against the plan. 
  • Collaborate with the Deployment team to compile status reports and share updates with the Product Development team and Program. 
  • Manage Jira for Program Increments (PIs), risks/issues, and Long Lead Time Items (LLTIs). Handle requests to Product Development and report to the Initiative. 
  • Organize and maintain a Trello board for requesting support from the central Project Management Office (cPMO) and manage huddle meetings. 
  • Assist in managing meeting logistics, including support for agendas and action item lists. 
  • Capture ad hoc meeting minutes as needed. 
  • Assist in preparing presentation slides for governance meetings. 
  • Serve as the main point of contact for methodology teams within the program. 
  • Ensure the delivery of Project Management Methodology (PMM) deliverables. 
  • Contribute to the communication and tracking of all Deployment deliverables according to the Program Plan. 
  • Promote an understanding of the Program Methodology among team members. 
  • Gain an understanding of the scope of the Program for Procurement Solutions. 
  • Coordinate with other teams to lead the execution of process workshops and alignment sessions with Deployment sites. 
  • Collaborate with other Capabilities/Streams to ensure alignment on cross-functional topics. 
  • Approve the handover of solutions to Service operation after the Hypercare phase.
