Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience with SAP for Principal position (+15 years for Senior Principal position)
- Proficient understanding and hands-on experience with the SAP GTS module.
- Practical experience in configuring and implementing SAP GTS throughout the entire project lifecycle, from sales to early life support.
- Competence in system operation and hands-on utilization.
- A technical grasp of the module.
- Ability to collaborate with the ABAP team for custom development needs.
- Successful completion of at least two end-to-end project cycles involving SAP GTS.
- Proficiency in writing meeting minutes.
- History of facilitating SAP GTS Workshops.
- Support liaising between cross streams.
- Good Presentation skills
- Ability to demonstrate SAP Processes to wider audience
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, ideally possessing Safe Agile certification. The candidate will be an integral part of the agile team, which includes a scrum master and a Product Owner, and is expected to participate in all ART ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, Iteration Demo and Reviews, Program Increment Planning, etc.
- Extensive and verified experience in client-facing consulting and contracting roles.
- Demonstrated success in delivering projects and programs across various SAP initiatives, including large-scale multi-country rollouts of considerable size, scope, and complexity, spanning both ECC and S/4 HANA.
- Proficiency in global project delivery and collaborating with offshore teams.
- A history of mentoring and coaching consulting resources.
What will You do?
- Assist in aligning and coordinating business process flows.
- Provide support to the business during the transition and post-go-live phases.
- Collaborate with the ABAP team to facilitate custom development.
- Lead SAP GTS Workshops.
- Contribute to workshop preparation, facilitate sessions, and document outputs, including User Requirement Specifications (URS) and IT requirements.
- Proficiently record meeting minutes.
- Offer insights into the design of processes within the S/4 system, addressing FIT GAPs, creating functional specifications, designing data objects and fields, and assessing impacts on roles.
- Work closely with both the business and development teams to document requirements.
- Responsible for utilizing Solution Manager and adhering to relevant documentation requirements, including Compliance and Validation (CSV) guidelines.
- Take on the responsibility of defining user stories, their acceptance criteria, and the requirements for completion.
