About the role and team:
You will join the ERP division, specialising in crafting and executing groundbreaking solutions for some of the world's most prominent enterprises. Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience with SAP for Principal position (+15 years for Senior Principal position)
- A minimum of 3-5 full project lifecycles of practical experience in SAP FI/CO/FSCM.
- In-depth knowledge of finance and controlling processes, along with the capability to translate business needs into system design specifications.
- Higher education degree in Economics, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
- Ideally, prior exposure to international template rollout projects.
- Effective and communicative team player who is also a self-starter.
- Willingness to travel and proficient in both English and German languages.
Nice to have:
- Prior involvement in S/4HANA projects and/or certification is highly desirable.
What will You do?
- Overseeing complete life cycle implementations of S/4 HANA within the SAP Finance and/or Controlling domain
- Evaluating business requirements, pinpointing applicable SAP functionalities, and leveraging best practices
- Organizing, preparing, and conducting Fit-Gap/ Fit-to-Standard Workshops
- Crafting solutions and facilitating the adoption of identified gaps and enhancements for business process improvement
- Collaborating with nearshore and offshore team members to ensure seamless system implementation
- Serving as a strategic advisor to the client and handling project management duties
