About the role:
Your role includes leading mainly consulting skills and also leading the tasks of the implementation team. You design and oversee comprehensive enterprise solutions. You exhibit leadership within the architecture community and show strong enthusiasm for technology and business expertise. You serve as a stream lead at the CIO/CTO level within a significant client international organization.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience with SAP for Principal position (+15 years for Senior Principal position) Proven Track Record as an IS-Retail Solution Architect.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SAP Retail components, including F&R, CAR / PMR, SNC, MDG, VIM, and BODS.
- Familiarity with the retail industry, including an understanding of legacy systems in retail - must have.
- Proficiency in simplifying complex ideas and effectively communicating compelling propositions.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Articulate Presentation of Technology Views: Proficient at articulating and presenting diverse perspectives on various technologies to clients and within Infosys senior management.
- A solid commitment to self-learning and staying updated with new business thinking and technological solutions.
- Strong capabilities in client interactions and leading teams throughout all stages of SAP implementation.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to interact effectively with CxO-level executives.
- Mentors team members in technology, architecture and delivery of applications.
What will you do?
- You are accountable for crafting the architecture, encompassing overall solution design (including end-to-end design), integrations, and data migration for retail supply chain transformation initiatives.
- You oversee all functional and technical workstreams within the project, ensuring seamless cross-functional design across various modules, and you bear the responsibility for delivering the holistic solution.
- Your role involves devising the integration of SAP with existing/legacy supply chain systems (such as Planning and Warehouse Management Systems) using the appropriate integration methods.
- You are a driving force in the early adoption of new SAP product lines.
- You maintain close collaboration with both the client's business and IT teams.
- You are tasked with architecting solutions for SAP opportunities among customers.
- Your role includes actively supporting the sales efforts for strategically important SAP deals.
- Ensuring the successful delivery of SAP engagements falls under your purview.
- You play a pivotal role in the professional development of other members within the solution team.
- You contribute to expanding Infosys into new industries, proposing new services, and embracing emerging technologies.
