Customer Support Specialist with English – Order Management
As part of the Order Management team supporting the DACH market, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing and delivering an excellent customer experience while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end transactional order management activities, including order entry, validation, and order changes.
- Process customer claims and returns, including data collection and validation.
- Ensure data accuracy and resolve issues within established workflows.
- Support customers and internal stakeholders throughout the order management process.
- Work with SAP ERP to process and maintain customer orders.
- Monitor order-related activities and ensure timely execution.
- Maintain high-quality standards and compliance with internal procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient service delivery for the DACH market.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Order Management, Order Management, Customer Service, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience working with SAP.
- Fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
- German language skills are a strong advantage, as the role supports the DACH market.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the MS Office package.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
