ABOUT THIS ROLE
This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to Spanish-speaking customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls and emails from English- and Spanish-speaking customers regarding their needs, inquiries, or issues.
- Listen actively to customers, understand their concerns, and provide practical solutions in English and Spanish.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with English- and Spanish-speaking customers and colleagues based on trust and reliability.
- Use internal systems and tools effectively to support customers and maintain accurate records.
- Work towards defined departmental metrics and goals while consistently delivering excellent customer service.
- Make appropriate product or service recommendations based on customers’ needs.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and internet navigation.
- Ability to work flexible schedules and adapt to changing priorities.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
