HR Services Specialist with German
Model: hybrid, Warsaw
About the role
As an HR Services Specialist with German, you will be supporting employees and managers across Poland and the DACH region.This is a unique opportunity to join an organization that is expanding its global operations and play an active role in building and optimizing HR service delivery from the ground up.
Beyond day-to-day HR operations, you will contribute to process transitions, implementation of new solutions, and continuous improvement initiatives, helping shape a best-in-class HR Shared Services function.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver HR operational support for employees and managers across Poland and the DACH region.
- Coordinate and execute HR administration processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee data management, organizational changes, and offboarding.
- Support selected recruitment activities, including interview coordination, candidate communication, preparing employment documentation, and partnering with Talent Acquisition throughout the hiring process.
- Support payroll processes by ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of HR data, validating employee information, coordinating payroll inputs, and collaborating closely with external payroll providers and internal payroll teams.
- Participate in the implementation of new HR processes, policies, and systems as part of the company's ongoing transformation.
- Identify opportunities to improve, standardize, and automate HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Ensure HR documentation and employee records are maintained accurately and in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing timely and high-quality support in both German and English.
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and other global HR teams.
- Monitor service quality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR Shared Services organization.
- Support projects related to digitalization, process optimization, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, HR Shared Services, or Employee Services.
- Previous experience supporting the DACH region or working in an international environment is highly desirable.
- Fluent German (minimum B2) and good command of English (minimum B1/B2).
- Knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an international team.
