Create and set up client accounts in internal systems

Verify completeness and accuracy of client data before account creation

Communicate with external providers to ensure accounts are correctly created on their side

Support investigations and collaborate with other teams

Perform tasks systematically and in accordance with team procedures

Attention to detail, accuracy, and systematic working style

Strong communication skills, motivation, and willingness to learn

Ability to work effectively in a team

English at C1 level (both written and spoken)

Knowledge of MS Excel

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required

Initial 1-2 months of on-site training in Warsaw, followed by hybrid work (50% office / 50% remote)
